 Dedicated exhibit hours and unique opportunities to engage face-to-face with your customers to build strong connections are incorporated into the show. The full Exhibit Hall is open Monday (March 17) and Tuesday (March 18), but there are also opportunities for exhibitors to engage with attendees on Wednesday (March 19) as well. A limited number of exhibitors who wish to market their products and services to "Coding, CDI & More" attendees will be allowed to stay for Wednesday morning. The Vendor Showcase will take place on Tuesday, shortly after the Exhibit Hall closes. There is a limit of spots to participate in Wednesday and Tuesday's Vendor Showcase. Only exhibitors with a paid booth will be eligible to participate in either - more information will be available in November.
Reserve your booth today to take full advantage of all pre-show marketing opportunities. We make every attempt to maximize your exposure by offering creative ways to increase traffic to your booth. Booth assignments are first-come, first-served. Prior to reserving your booth, please be sure to view the current 2025 floorplan for available booths. Starting at $500, participating in the sponsorship program helps you to increase the visibility of your company's products and services to Ohio's 4000 health information management professionals, along with reinforcing your presence to our conference attendees.
