REGISTRATION FEES **Log into your OHIMA profile in order to take advantage of member rates!** In order to qualify for the OHIMA Member rate, you must be a 2021 Active AHIMA/OHIMA Member. Other discounted registration rates (Student, Emeritus, New) are based on your AHIMA/OHIMA member status. If you have questions about your member status or believe that your member status is incorrect in your OHIMA profile, please contact the OHIMA Central Office.

Registration is now fully online (paper registration forms are no longer available). Only credit cards and debit cards are accepted forms of payment for registration. Your registration is NOT complete until we receive your payment. Early Bird registration rates are available through February 10, 2021. If you must pay with a check, contact the OHIMA Central Office - your access to the virtual conference will not be granted until payment is received. Mail payment to:
OHIMA Virtual Conference PO Box 30966 Gahanna, OH 43230 Bulk Registrations *If possible, please have individuals submit their registrations online. Invoices will automatically be created for each registration. Then mail a check (include the names of registrants) or contact the OHIMA Central Office to make a bulk payment with a credit card. If it is not possible for individuals to submit their registrations online, please contact the OHIMA Central Office to make alternate arrangements. REGISTER NOW Registration fees will be refunded less a $25 processing fee if notice is received by February 12, 2021. Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund.
ACCESSING THE CONFERENCE Registered attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Virtual Conference in our platform, Whova, within two business days of registration. Make sure you enter your email address correctly in registration!
The OHIMA 2021 Virtual Conference launched with live-streamed General Sessions and networking opportunities from February 22–24, 2021. General Session recordings, pre-recorded breakout sessions, and the virtual Trade Show will be available to conference attendees February 22 through March 31, 2021. Attendees can find CEU information on each educational session in the description (domain and #). Each session is worth 1 AHIMA and 1 AAPC CEU. Whova will track which sessions you watch and after the conference closes on 3/31/2021, OHIMA will upload your CEUs into your OHIMA profile (log in to www.ohima.org --> Member Menu --> My CEUs). There within your profile, you can download or save a report of your CEUs from the OHIMA 2021 Virtual Conference.
Please note that you’ll still need to enter your OHIMA21 CEUs in your AHIMA CEU Center (they will NOT transfer automatically as we have separate systems). We recommend entering ALL the OHIMA 2021 Virtual Conference CEUs as one entry: “OHIMA 2021 Virtual Conference” and the total # of CEUs earned. Choose the domain that covers most of them. Then, keep the CEU detail in your OHIMA profile. Any questions - contact the OHIMA Central Office.
