2012 OHIMA Annual Meeting - Registration Options



All registrations must be received in the OHIMA Central Office by Friday, March 23. Registration is accepted onsite, but there is a $15 additional fee to your total payment and lunch is not included.

Register with your credit card or PayPal account. These transactions are done securely ONLINE. Payment icons

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

    All Annual Meeting credit card transactions are processed securely through PayPal and will appear as PAYPAL*OHIMA on your credit card statement. Credit card payment is only for those pre-registering and is not accepted onsite.

Register with check or money order. These transactions are done by MAIL
    Print out the REGISTRATION FORM and mail registration(s) with payment to:

    Registrations MUST be accompanied with payment. Forms received without payment will not be processed. All registrations/payment must be postmarked no later than FRIDAY, MARCH 9th to qualify for the early bird discount. Checks should be made payable to OHIMA. Purchase orders are not accepted. You may register after 3/9/12 or onsite, but must pay the late fee. An additional $15 processing fee will be added for all onsite registrations. Your cancelled check serves as your receipt, registration confirmation notices will not be sent. OHIMA EIN: 31-0918571


    You must provide a valid email address on your registration form to access the speaker materials online. OHIMA will not release email addresses for those who opt out when registering.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded less a $25 processing fee if notice is received by Monday, March 12, 2012. Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund, but substitutions are permitted - contact OHIMA.

Not an AHIMA member? Join AHIMA
online or by calling AHIMA Customer Relations at (800) 335-5535. Once you join AHIMA, you are automatically an OHIMA member if you select Ohio as your state association. There are no separate state dues as an OHIMA member. Once you receive membership confirmation from AHIMA, you are eligible for OHIMA member discounts.
